You get to work! Any questions throughout your journey; be that diet or workout related can be asked along the way. At half way through the challenge you will take your stats and measurements.

It's time to capture the best version of you, and your new performance ready physique. A final count of your stats and measurements to see just how far you've come. We celebrate your achievements with a full headshot session which has a mix of studio and natural light, with unlimited changes, and 4 retouched images.

Step 2
We get to work - Daily check ins via WhatsApp to keep you motivated and on track, you can ask any, and all questions about the workouts and diet plan as we progress. We agree on 1 to 1 coaching days, and at half way through the challenge you will take your stats and measurements.
